Description:
The Civil-Military Innovation Institute, Inc. (CMI2) seeks an entry level Communications Coordinator – In Training for its Adaptive Experimentation Facility. The Communications Coordinator position is full-time, reporting directly to the CMI2 Adaptive Experimentation Facility Site Administration or Vice President of Communications.

- Ability to create and edit content to support social media and other communications tasks as assigned
- Manage AEF onsite documentation (photography and written)
- Construction activities

- Any other duties as assigned
- Provide event planning coordination and support as needed
- Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner
- Self-Starter able to ensure projects are completed correctly and in a timely manner
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Desired Minimum Qualifications:
- 16-18 Years Old In High School or High school diploma / GED required
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and willing to provide sample work
- Superior interpersonal skills
Location: Clay County (Fola, Bickmore, Lizemores), W.Va.
Job Type: Internship/Full-Time
Salary Range: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday; occasional weekend availability
Travel Requirement: 10% (estimated)
