Our Accelerated Change for the Good (ACG) facilitator program teaches novel continuous improvement methods based on industry and in-house best practices using Lean/Six Sigma methods to facilitate an organization’s problem-solving strategy.

To solve problems, CMI2 establishes sustainable programs within the DoD and places former enlisted servicemembers and officers in offices across the country. The former Soldiers are Subject Matter Experts (SME) in special operations, infantry, armor, field artillery, electronic warfare, and cybersecurity.
