This week, we begin the interview process for the 2025 CMI2 Ignite Internship program for our Adaptive Experimentation Facility at Fort Andrew in Lizemores, WV. On pace with the response to this opportunity in 2024, we will interview more than 40 applicants in the coming weeks!
All in-person interviews for current students will be held at Clay County High School. We will coordinate a phone interview for local individuals who applied who are already high school graduates or do not attend Clay County High School, such as home-schooled student applicants. Representatives of CMI2 have initiated contact with all applicants directly to coordinate interview timing.
We announced plans for the 2025 Ignite Summer Internship program in late January. Building on the foundation of our successful internship programs in 2023 and 2024, CMI2 Ignite offers Clay County students work experience opportunities with our experienced on-site staff, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
As part of their summer employment experience, the interns will assist every division within the AEF, contributing to key initiatives and tasks.
The application deadline was February 20, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
CMI2 plans to announce selected interns by March 28, 2025. The internship program will have a rolling start for applicants who are high school graduates, starting after the last day of school.
