Serving our Communities

April 30, 2024

Our CMI2 Adaptive Experimentation Facility team, along with other sponsors, actively participated in the ‘Make Clay County Shine’ Highway Clean-up on April 22 and 23, 2024. This collective volunteer effort successfully managed two days of litter removal throughout Clay County along Routes 4, 36, and 16.

The ‘Make Clay County Shine’ Highway Clean-up was made possible through the joint sponsorship of the Clay County Assessor, Clay County Commission, Clay County Board of Education, Clay Health Department, Clay Family Support Center, the West Virginia Department of Highways, and CMI2. The community service initiative was a collective effort, with several CMI2 employees, Clay County High School students and community members coming together to make a difference.

At CMI2, community service is not just a part of our work, it’s a part of who we are. We take pride in our commitment to giving back to the communities that support us.

In Morgantown, our headquarters team annually supports local organizations serving individuals and families marginalized by economic hardships. In the past 18 months, CMI2 has supported organizations in Monongalia, Preston, and Clay counties in West Virginia.

Our team’s regular support for community efforts in Clay County, from blood drives to food pantry distribution and student development at Clay County High School, has a significant impact.

We believe in the power of community and are proud to give back throughout the year.
