In the wilderness and austere environments, Soldiers have minimal access to equipment and the ability to improvise is crucial.
The CMI2 AEF offers a five-day wilderness Medicine EMT-Basic, Refresher Course in a secure, remove environment, that allows participants to engage in development scenarios including medical, trauma, rope rescue, land navigation, improvisation, survival skills, and a culminating 24-hour event patient rescue scenario.
